I may have made a misstatement but I doubt it. (2) A Boolean algorithm does not necessarily flatten to a formal (or equivalent Boolean 3-SAT problem in polynomial time.
Someone (who does not want to post to the group about this) pointed out that 4-SAT can be reduced to 3-SAT in polynomial time. But that still leaves (1) and (2). This is related to AI/AGI because any logical system comprised of good theories will have to exist in an AGI program alongside of bad theories and nonsense. That situation can have some similarities to an encryption where the purpose is to hide the message within some data that has no value relevant to the message except to obscure it.
