Are you talking about reification? where a new level of representation is
abstracted from an existing level of representation.
Given a structure containing a vector and an integer representing a level (or
dimension), higher order structures can be createdby incrementing the level
(dimension) integer value.
These are on one dimension / level
{ [011011....011000],  2} { [010011....000010],  2}
These are on the next higher dimension:

{ [010000....100000],  3} { [010001....000000],  3}

And so forth.

Frame is a standard term in maths:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frame_of_a_vector_space
Frames use redundant numbers of dimensions (to increase accuracy etc),
whereas my current problem is that the dimension is already too high and I want
to reduce the dimension without crushing together distinct concepts / objects /
propositions.
