Deep learning chips are nothing new these days, they are modifications of
GPUs and are being made by loads of companies around the world.  These guys
seem to be putting incremental learning of deep NNs on deep learning
customized GPU-ish hardware.   This is cool and a useful step but hardly
revolutionary....   Kudos to their marketing copywriters though...
