I subscribed to the OpenGo list a few months ago... 

I seem to have a gift for the abstract theory of things but I tend to
get swamped by the details.. =((((

Currently I've been working on designing my OS and that means getting
through the Intel manuals and then hax0ring a compiler to produce an
acceptable prototype. 

I'm leaning towards trying to get VC without a prototype even though
that would be much harder. =\
