Well, we're taking the incremental route toward AGI right now, in the
Novamente project.  I don't think it's faster than the direct route, but
at least it's *a* route....  And it's important to note that we're doing
incremental-with-a-clear-roadmap-to-the-end-goal, as opposed to just
doing incremental steps and hoping they lead somewhere...
