The "EU approach" seems that the process resists lobbying better, that's all. Strong IP protection de facto results in denial of service via lawyers. I.e., the party with more funds can keep you in limbo until yours run out, winning by default. Strong IP enforcement is an earmark of statist socities. The fringe is always wild. -- Eugen* Leitl leitl ______________________________________________________________ ICBM: 48.07078, 11.61144 http://www.leitl.org 8B29F6BE: 099D 78BA 2FD3 B014 B08A 7779 75B0 2443 8B29 F6BE http://moleculardevices.org http://nanomachines.net ------- To unsubscribe, change your address, or temporarily deactivate your subscription, please go to http://v2.listbox.com/member/[EMAIL PROTECTED]
