How do I measure qualia? As opposed to detecting homologies/patterns in
operation fingerprints in information processing in physical systems? 
And how is qualia a constructive scientific theory?

Qualia are phlogiston. Or vis vitalis, pick your choice. Worse than
worthless: actively misleading.
