Recently I tried to organize my ideas about neural network, that is, what I like and dislike, and why. Title: Neural Networks & Artificial General Intelligence Abstract: The role of Neural Networks in the research of Artificial General Intelligence is analyzed. The major conclusion is: though the theoretical ideas behind Neural Networks are very important in the building of general-purpose intelligent systems, their formal framework is too restricted to serve as the core technology of the research.
