No, but a bunch of people wrote me and said such a list would be useful ;-)

OK then, I'll get right on it.  ;-)  I'll start with the known laws of
physics and work my way out...

In a similar vein, I'm finding it very interesting that I can't find
any published thinking on the relationships between principles of
effective action across domains.  Something more fundamental
systematically relating the salient features of heuristics effective
within diverse contexts...hmm.  Humph.
