OK, that's fair enough. But the thing is, in the particular approach to AGI I'm taking, the compression ability of the overall AGI system at preliminary and intermediate stages of development is not a very interesting thing to look at. Even though some internal aspects of the system can be fruitfully viewed as carrying out compression...
