Well, we have put a lot of thought into analogical reasoning and believe
that NM
has the right mechanisms for robust analogy-drawing (via its probabilistic
inference engine)

However, effective analogy really depends on having a huge experience base
(appropriately organized). We have not yet run a NM system in a way that
allows
it to build up a huge experience base... so we haven't really tested its
analogical
reasoning ability in a "psychologically realistic" way, we've just done a
bunch of
test examples...

Which made me wonder, can Novamente, NARS or any other prospective AGI
system do this kind of reasoning?
