Is it off topic?My impression is there is an extensive and quite developed philosophy/study of AI/computer interfaces which I've never seen mentioned here and doesn't seem to affect anyone's thinking here.
For example, there is this huge part of every computer interface, which - correct me - no AGI developer has any intention of changing., and nobody ever seems to think about. It's the keyboard. How do you become this superintelligence taking over the world, if someone is playing you all the time?
Brain computer interface technology may also well change the way we think about both computers and our own brains in radical ways.
