I want most of the code for the computer system (AI or otherwise) to be running inside it so it can self manage it in the long term. The processes would never get outside of it. The machine defaults to having barriers between programs that act like the walls of the sandbox, these can be broken down with credit. Limited access can be exposed by a program to other programs as well, although that can be revoked at any time as well, and can be exchanged for credit as well.
