Actually, I'd like to say thanks to everyone. This thread has been very
interesting. I realize that much of it is old hat and boring to some of
you, but it's been useful to me. Even the parts that I've been over
before can be interesting to rehash occasionally. And there were some
variations I hadn't thought about. Also, everyone has been quite civil,
and there wasn't overly much unnecessary repetition within the thread
itself. It's the sort of thing I had hoped for initially when joining
the list.
