concomittant refinement of consciousness
One could say that each reciprocally drives the other in a mutual survival
sense w/ consc. perhaps emerging through a systematic evolutionary
refinement of quantum effects (info-entropy -- entanglement -- the list is
lengthy)...
The biological (refined through evolution) remains the key...
