Which ticket types? In the default configuration, the sprint field 
should be available for user stories and tasks.

You can also check in your configuration (trac.ini) if the sprint field 
is available at all, check the section [ticket-custom].

To me it looks like Agilo was not installed correctly (the 'db upgrade' 
obviously did not change the configuration file the right way). As 
Andrea already said: "Check Admin/Agilo/Fields and Admin/Agilo/Types, 
have a look at the help for more information."

This is what should happen automatically when you install Agilo. So yes, 
it looks like you did it right but still mysterious why Agilo did not do 
it on its own.

Did you have the correct template path? Go to Admin - Agilo - General 
and press save. Problem solved?
