Hi, I have solved the problem.
I created another project and enabled agilo there. After mandatory upgrade, everything worked fine. Then I just copied the db from my original project to the new project. So I removed my original project and renamed the new one with the name of the original. I recommend some backups before doing that. Maybe you will have to reconfigure some stuff, because your original trac.ini will be lost(having a backup will be helpful if you need to look for some old configuration).
