Well, easy_install is available from the command line, so it must be
OK ;-)

Hmm! ....changes to the [components] or [logging] sections will
require restarting the web server.
I am not able to restart the server, so that's what I referred to when
I asked if I had to wait a while...

Logging worked immediately, but no complaints about agilo in the log
file.

The section [components] did not exists before I added the 4 lines you
suggested.

I think it is a bit tricky to install the Agilo plugin ;-)
