Probably you can fix it by going to Admin - Agilo/General and pressing "save". If you can not view any page, change the inherit option in trac.ini.
Another small problem, is that at the bottom of the pages, before the upgrade, it was written "agilo 0.7.3.3-r1417-20090313 © 2008" and now "unknown © 2008-2009"
That bug is fixed in trunk already. Thanks for reporting. fs
