This is a bit too few for a traceback, we will need more to understand  
from where it is coming, and moreover it appears to be an issue with  
Unicode characters not treated as unicode, or encoded with the wrong  
encoding... can you tell us which data are causing the issue? Probably  
it is the Sprint name or the Description... just a guess...
