hmm i think u will laugh now.. sometimes the whiteboard is loading and sometimes not... yesterday i had a funny issue... i got a white whiteboard with no error in any logs... waiting some minutes, refreshing the page and got an error that the requested handler does not exist, refreshing again and i saw the whiteboard.
The link for the whiteboard icon is different. It retrieves the last visited sprint and encodes that it a link. That's why the behavior may change from time to time. Can you give us the links that don't work? (please do not cut the link, just replace internal names with fake ones if you need to).
back to the task problem, that ticket is not connected to any story but how to make that? there is no field? and if i click the '+' button in that story the ticket should be connected with that task? anyway i also cant edit any ticket? if im editing just a cc and try to apply my changes i got a 'Bad Request - Your Broser sent a request that this server could not understand' the url is https://...~/ticket/19#comment:1
Sorry but I'm not sure that I understood everything you mentioned above. In order to clarify the things, we should use some kind of checklist:
- So you go to the whiteboard (when it works) - You see a story row and click on the '+' button - The task add form appears, you fill in some values and afterwards the task is saved. - You open the link to the task page (on the task card, '#12345') in a new tab, the task is there as you expected? The task is connected to the correct story? Which value do you see for the sprint field? Is it the same as the sprint which was displayed on the whiteboard? - You reload the whiteboard. The story is still there but the new task is gone? you wrote: 'anyway i also cant edit any ticket?'This means you click on the 'i' button of the task card but no form opened but the browser tries to access a site 'https://...~/ticket/19#comment:1'?
- Which browser do you use? - Do you see any Javascript errors? fs
