I am past installing scrum now. It seems Dreamhost has a system wide
trac-admin which was conflicting. So I run my own trac-admin to get
upgrade to work. But I don't' browse to tickets and I don't see any
new user types added such as scrum_master. When go to Tickets I am
getting this error:
 Trac detected an internal error:

TemplateNotFound: Template "report_view.html" not found
