AFter working with it a bit - it make sense now.  In our case we  
realized that two stories could be accomplished at the same time with  
a task and linked it.  In the end, it was easier to simply change the  
user story to encompass both items and link to one story.  Not a big  
lose on our end and we can work within those limits.  :-)
