The good new is that you can fix that yourself:
 * Right click on 'Run Agilo Server' and choose 'edit'
 * now you should see notepad
 * Change the line starting with 'python tracd-script.py ...' to:
   python tracd-script.py --port=8000
        --env-parent-dir="%VIRTUAL_ENV%\tracenv"
   (just one line, you remove the '-s' and the '\test' from the
   original line)

I just found out that the Agilo installer starts the Agilo server in the wrong mode ('single environment' vs. 'multiple environments').
