This is really strange and we would really like more information from
both of you to track this down.

Could you both tell us how you run trac (mod_python, mod_wsgi, tracd)?

>From the debug information alone it seems that not all of the components
of agilo are registered correctly - which however doesn't match your
experience that reloading the page fixes this.

Just as a side-note (and quite unlikely) does your trac restart itself
for every request? We had that that bug some releases ago when running
with mod_python - and fixed it. You can find this out in the log messages.

I noticed from one of your past mails that you use an oldish version of
setuptools - it might be worth a try updating that to see if that kills
the problem.
