Hi Jon and Fran, > I have reached this conclusion as my browser sometimes successfully > downloads the file and sometimes fails. Moreover, I see an entry > similar to the following in Agilo's logs when a failure occurs: > > 2009-10-08 09:21:58,023 Trac[main] DEBUG: Dispatching <Request "GET u'/ > chrome/agilo/js/collapse.js'"> > 2009-10-08 09:21:58,025 Trac[chrome] WARNING: File js/collapse.js not > found in any of ['/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/ > binary_agilo-1.1.0_PRO-py2.5.egg/agilo/ticket/htdocs'] > 2009-10-08 09:21:58,025 Trac[main] WARNING: 404 Not Found (File js/ > collapse.js not found)
This is really strange and we would really like more information from both of you to track this down. Could you both tell us how you run trac (mod_python, mod_wsgi, tracd)? >From the debug information alone it seems that not all of the components of agilo are registered correctly - which however doesn't match your experience that reloading the page fixes this. Just as a side-note (and quite unlikely) does your trac restart itself for every request? We had that that bug some releases ago when running with mod_python - and fixed it. You can find this out in the log messages. I noticed from one of your past mails that you use an oldish version of setuptools - it might be worth a try updating that to see if that kills the problem.
