Hi Martin, I updated my python-setuptools and python-pkg-resources packages from the versions in Debian lenny to those in Debian squeeze (i.e., 0.6c8-4 to 0.6c9-2, specifically), reinstalled the Agilo Egg for Python 2.5, and created a new Agilo instance. This seems to have resolved this issue.
It might be inconsequential at this point, but I will answer your remaining questions. I run Trac using mod_python. Just skimming the logs, Trac did not appear to be restarting after every request, but perhaps I was not looking for the correct log entry. Thank you for all of your help!
