Thanks. That fixed it.

Maybe, I do not understand links functionality property or I have not
set it up properly, I still do not see a way to associate a User Story
to Requirement.

I mean, I am looking for a drop down called Requirements on the
"Create User Story" form so that I can associate the User Story to the
requirements and I do not find it. Is there a different place to
associate the user story to requirements.
