Yes, no pulldown, there is a search/link box in the edit pane of a  
Requirement (References) where you can type the summary of a Story and  
a shortlist of possible matches will come up... than you choose one  
and press create link... that's it :-) If you want to create a new  
story out of a Requirement than just click on create new referenced  
story... that will do, even better use the Backlog view in the Pro,  
and you can just press the "+" button and a new story will be created  
inline below the requirement.
