Trac up to 0.11.5 has a bug that doesn't allow it's deploy static
resources from plugins that export more than one folder with static content.

We did send a patch to trac, but in the meantime you need to use the
script (trac_deploy.py) we provide with source releases of the current
agilo version (0.8.3) for this to work.
