Do you see "Create new Enhancement" in the left sidebar? That should be visible when you have the rights to create them. I noticed that I had to give Enhancements an Alias in Admin > Agilo > Types before it would actually show up in the interface. Also you may need to restart Trac for these changes (That shouldn't be necessary, but something you could try if just giving the Alias doesn't work) > 2. That would strike me as a feature instead of a bug. As for the description not being imported does that happen for all items or just for specific ones?
