I just recently noticed that when you use custom story and task like types in the backlog they are not shown in the burndown. Might this be the case with your installation too? I'm tracking this getting fixed here <https://dev.agile42.com/ticket/934> If that is not the case, could you state again please which versions of agilo/trac/python you are using? (Just log in as an admin and visit "about trac" in the upper right and copy the system information table).
