Hm, I'm using IE7 on Windows XP but I don't see that problem. Can you explain if this only affects some fields or every field. Which permissions do you have?
BTW, also the inline editor has some unwanted behavior (in my view). If the story points dropdownlist is empty, it will default it to the last item in the list instead of just leaving it empty. If you don't notice this and save it, this value will be saved.
Do you mean the inline editor in the new backlog?What do you mean by 'story points dropdownlist is empty'? Do you see items in the drow down list? Does the story has story points?
