We then do delete the links between epic and user story to get a correct sorted sprint. Is there a change to automaticly delete the link between epic and user story when adding an story to a certain sprint?
This is not implemented but we have an extensible interface called IRule that you can use to build a very small Agilo plugin (some easy development required though). Every time you set the sprint for a story, you could actually delete the link to the epic.
