We are wondering about standard workflow and usergroups of agilo.

Why cant the Product Owner create any Bugs?
Who is supposed to create Bugs (there also is no maintenance role)?
The PO is the only one with customer contact, so he gets to know bugs,
but can´t create bugs.

Why cant the Product Owner delete any ticket Attachments?
Why is the only way to allow somebody to delete ticket attachments to
give him ticket-admin rights? I do not want the PO to have ticket
admin right, but he needs to delete ticket-attachments.
It is really annoying to ask the Admin everytime the PO needs an
attachment to be deleted.

Am I the only one with this issue?
