I am not sure how this issue can be related, as it happens in the command-parser - which is the module that updates the ticket values in regards to formulas you specify in the Agilo Ticket admin page. Can you reproduce that? Especially with regards to users changing teams? (It might have something to do with validating owners of tickets). Thanks in advance!
