Hi all, has anyone experienced this problem? I must just be missing something really simple.
I created a new custom ticket type, 'future' for vague, under- specified, wish-list types of requirements. Agilo creates a new permission called 'CREATE_FUTURE'. I've assigned this permission to everyone, but no one can see, "Create a New Future" in the navigation menu. Any clues? Thanks.
