I'll look into doing that and will be in touch if the problem persists. I'm a little dubious since I would be surprised if python form handling would cause the Agilo code to add capacity calendars for users that were not attached to the selected development team.

I do remember that python 2.6 has a bug in one of the form handling libraries it includes (well, bug... they changed the behaviour) which IMO triggered a problem in Trac up to 0.11.5 I can't find the bug right now, but you may want to try to upgrade to trac 0.11.6 to see if the problem persists.
