We try to encourage our users to always first try out new versions of
our software on a copy of their environment as upgrading (especially
major versions) will usually change the database schema and therefore
make it impossible to downgrade easily again. :/

As for your problem, this is definitely too long. It almost seems as if
trac is reloaded completely for that request.

Could you please report how you run Agilo (tracd/mod_wsgi/mod_python)
and which versions of python you are using?

Optimally configured Agilo 0.8 should be no slower than 0.7.
