Hi Marten, > short of granting ssh access, is there any other information I can > provide you with to help resolve this issue?
My co-worker Felix will be here by Thursday next week and will look into this in more detail (he was able to reproduce the problem as far as I know). Then we hope to resolve this issue. Sending over configuration info (apache and trac configurations) and the exact versions of the components involved and of the base system is probably the most helpful thing. Also if that is possible with your company, it might help to have the trac environment / database that you see this with - but I don't think that is neccessary just yet. The best address to send this data too is <[email protected]> Thanks in advance!
