Hi Martin,

Sorry for a late reply. When we installed Agilo the fields in the
tickets where "factory". But we did not have any field to choose
Mandatory/Linear/Exciter... So we did created a custom field which we
call Importance in order to achieve that.

So I do guess that if we create the missing field with the proper
name... we will solve our issue. What is the name of the field ? (not
its alias)
