I'm not quite sure I understand you. The problem you describe seems to be that the new product backlogs shows no tickets at all - not that the burndown doesn't show any changes? > Concerning the team metrics: same issue I think, no updated figure. Team metrics should be updated when the sprint "stops" by reaching the scheduled end time.
