Sorry, I'm still having a hard time replicating what you are trying to
achieve. In Agilo all Tickets are considered to be either a Requirement,
Story, Task or Bug - and depending on that type they are shown in
specific backlogs. (Product Backlog doesn't show tasks and Bugs, while
Sprint Backlog by default doesn't show Requirements)

Is this the behaviour you are describing? If not, what are the specific
tickets (with what special fields) that you created and what where you
expecting?

Yes, you first need to create a sprint to display it. You can do so as
the scrum master from the Roadmap View - see the included documentation
(upper right corner) for more info.

Well, you create multiple sprints, and then you select from the popup on
the left which one you would like to view.
