Could you please provide the full stacktrace that trac is showing on this page? Also we probably need to know how exactly you installed agilo into your trac (the more detail the better here, but most fundamentally with easy_install or a different way?). The rest of the setup looks quite good so I'm kinda puzzled by this error...
