It is simply an error in the burndown chart creation -- the capacity "days" are counted from the day time of the sprint start. So if your sprint starts Monday 14:00, the weekend as seen in the capacity line goes from Saturday 14:00 to Monday 14:00 while the grey bars go from Saturday 0:00 to Sunday 23:59.
