Ah, just saw that you already found our user group so I'll just copy the message I sent you by private mail here (might help others as well then):

I have a few questions in order to diagnose the issue.

- Can you edit custom fields added by Agilo?
- In the ticket edit forms, do the custom fields show up for your
  ticket?
- Do you see any error message when you try to edit custom fields which
  were created before Agilo?
- Can you go to Admin / Agilo / Types and check if your old custom
  fields are configured for the types where they should be shown?
