Maybe I should add that we are working on a product that isn't shipped
on a DVD and that hasn't got any release numbers. It's a self-hosted
web application and we might want to polish feature X in the next
sprint while starting work on the bigger feature Y that isn't going to
go live before the end of the year. Still, even for stuff that
actually gets shipped, I don't see why we should be limited to work
only on stories that belong to the same milestone.
