I can't seem to get the backlogs to actually show me what they're supposed to. Am I doing something wrong or is something messed up in Agilo? It's annoying because we're definitely loosing track of tickets.
Bug Backlog - Set to "global" scope and to show only ticket type=bug. No other filters. Only bugs that are not assigned to a Milestone/Sprints Sprint Backlog - Set to "sprint" scope with all ticket types. One of those ticket types is newly created, "enhancement". No matter what I do, enhancements will not show up in the sprint backlog. I've triple checked that "enhancement" is a selected type in the backlog setup - to no avail. What am I missing here? Thanks!
