To enable a ticket type you need to make sure you to not onyl create it in the "Types" admin pane, but also set an Alias in there. Otherwise it will not be possible to create these tickets. As a limitation of the current backlog, every ticket type needs to either have a 'remaining_time' field or be a parent of another type that has a 'remaining_time' field. The rationale behind this is that everything you track must be either a workable item or be "done" by working on a workable item. All ticket types with remaining_time will be treated like tasks in the backlog while all other ticket types will be treated like stories/bugs that can contain tasks. This part does not yet work in the white board which is limited to only display bugs and stories (for now).
