That request is when the charts you see are generated. Depending on the data available for the current running sprint, this means burndown, ticket estimation and commitment estimation. The client only renders these items. How many tickets do you have in your sprint? How many team members do you have? Since the white board and backlog load the same data, I wonder whether they take just as long?
