Are you sure you're doing Scrum? You should not have one story be part of two concurrent sprints. If two teams work on two different sets of tasks, you have two stories right there. Otherwise, how do you measure estimations, commitment and completion? If the sprints are serial, the tasks in the previous sprint have a remaining time of 0 -- so they do not matter in the total remaining time calculation.
